How I use your information
I am Richard Spencer, a sole trader trading as Richard Spencer Therapy. I am the data controller for enquiries about my practice.
Email me at richard@richardspencertherapy.com if you have a question about your information, or if you want me to correct or delete an enquiry.
This website
The pages on this site describe the practice and how to get in touch. They do not ask you to type personal details into the site itself. I count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. That count does not use a cookie and it does not identify you. I do not use advertising cookies.
The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, to keep the site secure.
If you email me, I use what you send so I can reply. Please do not include detailed health information unless you are content for me to hold it.
How long I keep it
I keep an email so I can reply, until you ask me to delete it.
I do not sell your information. I do not use it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of an enquiry I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how I have handled your information.
